Okay, another perfunctory workout. Pain in both shoulders is constant now, as is the pain in my left hip. I'm assuming some kind of repetitive stress after six weeks at the computer. Perhaps that's what was wrong with my left shoulder in the first place and not something as a result of clumsy benching. The ganglial cyst on my hand (or My Little Alien, as I called it) was another sign. Apart from digging out all the stuff Doc and Jason gave me last year, and starting from scratch, I should probably get this looked at by somebody.The shoulder pain is really acute.
